LawSafe at work
Your LawSafe policy covers you at your work-place or while you're working against any alleged offence, under most laws, including health and safety, sexual or other discriminatory allegations, environmental issues, serious traffic or criminal charges.
For example, you fail to follow work rules and someone is injured. Under Health and Safety legislation not only can your employer be prosecuted, but you personally could be held responsible and charged with an offence.
What happens when conflicts occur at work and all of a sudden you are accused of harassment, assault or even theft charges? It's not just your job on the line but your reputation as well, not to mention the high financial cost of proving your innocence.
LawSafe at home
LawSafe will respond if you are attacked for an alleged breach of everyday agreements or private commitments, such as disputes with your local council, tradespeople and service providers or over the sale of your home.
LawSafe will protect you against unexpected claims by neighbours over such issues as trespass, nuisance, negligence or that common source of trouble, the common boundary.
LawSafe on the road
Keeping dangerous drivers on the road is not Lawsafe's business so we will not generally defend charges involving excess alcohol or excess speed, However if you're unfairly charged with other traffic offences, for which you could lose your licence, we will provide the very best defence. LawSafe goes that extra mile.

Individual "LawSafe" $150.00 incl GST
Couple "LawSafe" $175.00 incl GST
Family "LawSafe" $250.00 incl GST
We strongly recommend that you take this cover, please download the proposal, complete and forward to August Insurance Brokers Ltd, together with your cheque or payment instructions.
On receipt, we will issue confirmation of cover and the "LawSafe" Policy document.
